MOLECULAR MONDAY’S 

  • From now until the 2nd of July on the Rooftop at The Aylesbury
  • Starting from 6.00pm till late
  • Daniel Dobra (Ex Royal Mail / The Brix / Interlude)  is up to mischief in the kitchen with sensory drinks by The Aylesbury bar staff
  • Various out-there edible creations such as “morning after” served the “night before,” flavoured cigarettes and squashed tin of sardines
  • Daniel is giving avant-garde / molecular fair one last crack before getting into his Croatian roots
  • All creations are designed and created to be light hearted, whilst technically savvy, and bring molecular cuisine to the masses at an affordable price

The house and garden were owned by an Italian family for 2 generations and the soil in the vegetable patch is amazing.

We dug in the nettles and weeds, prepared the soil and then got to work planting.

Matt and Vanessa from Rooftop honey are checking on our little bees on our garage roof. They are quick producers and happily keep to themselves. We are currently using the honey on a zucchini flower dish.
